I'm 16 and would like to take up archery. Is there a certain age you have to be to take it up? Also, do you have to be a certain age to own a bow?

now I'm not really new at archery , but it is my first time I buy a bow and more, so I made a list of the things I need or I think I need for training. Hoyt horizon 25" recurve riser -right hand-color:black , black out or white (help me choose a color) hoyt zr330 recurve limbs - medium lenght draw weight of 36 lbs cartel mighty carbon recurve -sight lenght 9" hoyt super rest - right hand AAE master plunger-color black cartel carrbon/aluminum stabilizer-30" cartel chest guard- blue , large(only size) right hand saunders on-guard armguard- white fivics miracle 500 target quiver-blue and right hand aae gorilla grip arrow puller cartel rx-104 bowstand exe hard recurve case black widow tab(super leather) - tight hand and medium size o have a budget of more or less 800-900$ best answer full points P.D. I'm looking for an answer that confirms or denies my list and what should i change , the colors etc... NOT FOR HUNTING
